I went in here yesterday and the tall Caucasian guy with the sandy brown looking hair was really rude. He’s usually nice to me, but I think he had a bad day yesterday but I will never come to this location again. I’ll drive to another location we’re they have better customer service

I have never been treated the way the Manager Mike Jones treated me today. He accused me of giving him an attitude and humiliated me in front of a bunch of customers. It is clear that he suffers from low self esteem. It is unfortunate that the owners trust him so much when he obviously knows nothing about customer service and/or managing skills. Will never spend a dime in there and I'm sure that a lot of other people will feel the same.

The worst customer service ever .The manager Micheal Jones very disrespectful to employees and customers. I would never go there again

I had no issue with the fact that 4 pumps were down, but what really irked me was the extremely rude cashier that I asked for help. I pump gas here regularly, but will be taking my business elsewhere after he cursed at me and was extremely condescending.

This location has great staff but upcharges a bit too much

I sent what I thought was a positive review for this store, especially Mike who greets me every visit..(about 5 days a week)...oddly enough, got an e mail from someone apologizing for my horrible evlxperience..May there of 2 of me, but this is my go to storeThanksRP

Outside pump failed to work properly, so I had to go inside to pay. Employee claims it happened to me because of his religious beliefs.

Extremely rude!!! I just wanted to know why so many pumps were out of service for so long there & why credit card scanners were not being fixed. Man behind counter was beyond rude about it.

Staff is somewhat helpful when and if you need them.

Absolutely love the covered walkway from the pumps to the me front door! The pumps work quick and like any other. The flow is so much faster than a Quicktrip! Great location and easy to get to access. Will stop back by here when passing through!

Your cashier had terrible customer service and was completely disrespectful to children. The reddish brown haired gentleman at the counter accused my 6 and 9 year old of purposely pouring their slurppe in the collection drain and claimed they were being spiteful. There was a long line of patrons and his language was completely disrespectful and completely inappropriate. The slurpee machine had a faulty valve was not solidifying the concentrate and when we initially poured it it came out watery. We had to pour it out and do it over and this guy had a complete conniption. You guys have not only lost 3 guests you’ve lost our family and friends bc we will be telling them about his distasteful behavior. He needs some customer service training and I won’t be surprised if you don’t continue to get negative reviews.

The manager is insanely racist and humiliates customers. He was okay towards me but didnt realize my friend was with me since we paid separately and accused him of making his store “smell” and told him he couldnt use the bathroom because “people like him” mess it up too often. (My friend is hispanic) But he let a white lady use it right after. Ive seen outbursts like this several times but Im still in shock that he has been a manager this long.

I walk in to like i normally do to heat up my lunch and get my drinks and goodies, and the guy that works there was extremely rude, for me to get my food of the microwave because somebody behind me bough a soup there and he has the right to use the microwave and im not, then he treated me with disconnecting the microwave and tall me to go to McDonald's to get my food heat up, that its not the way to talk to anyone even if you believe you have the right to do it which he doesn't

The manager on duty was so rude I wont ever ho back..

Good location.. close to shopping stores.. the gas prices very good

I asked for 3 chicken tenders and they gave me 2 and this piece the size of a quarter

The store manager 'Mike' I guess feels all high and mighty with his manager title because he refused to give me a plastic fork even though I just bought a coffee and spend over $30 a month on my 711 coffee alone, not including the gas and food I buy, but I will never buy from this store again.

4 workers. No help. Asked for a 1/4 big bite and was asked “what’s that? Like the big hot dog?” I said yes. She walked over and then walked away. No one helped. I had to leave so I made a comment and no one responded. Made another comment as I walked out to no avail. Called and the manager said it was her first day and very condescendingly told me “you will get your hot dog, you will get your hot dog, come back tomorrow and I will give you your hot dog.” I know it’s a hot dog, your employees do not. Zero stars. Also, no working slurpees at all. Terrible place.

Had the most awful experience at this place. Very dangerous workers and not helpful and rude.Great area but workers and manager at this place treats people very awful.Please be careful going here to put gas cause if you ask for help they will yell at you or try to hit you.As well watch out for the manager cause the manager kicked me out said that I was trespassing.I wonder if the guy is stupid, how was I trespassing when I gave them my money to put my gas.I’m a customer and a customer always goes first and always right!!

Had a very HORRIFIC encounter with that condesending and rude manager Mike at this store. He began screaming at me for no reason whatsoever just because I asked him a simple question about a product. Dude went off on the DEEP END!!! And when I asked him what his problem was he told me to leave (And mind you, the whole time - I was absolutely polite to him). Even the patrons behind me were shocked at his CRAZY OUTBURSTS!!! DUDE NEEDS TO BE ON MEDS OR SOMETHING!!!!!! GOODNESS!!!! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS 7-ELEVEN ANYMORE!!!!!

Clean restroom, store was well stocked. Fresh coffee and quick service at the register. I don’t ask for much more than that out of my local convenience store. I will definitely come back.
